FM 460 / Clements weekend closure

Apr. 25 update: closure has been canceled due to weather.

TxDOT press release -

KAUFMAN - Weather permitting, all lanes of FM 460/Clements Drive will be closed at US 80 from 7 p.m. Friday, April 26 through 6 a.m. Monday, April 29 as part of the ongoing project.

Detours will be in place and traffic will need to plan extra travel time. Traffic will be shifted onto a portion of the newly constructed pavement at the completion of this closure.

This work is part of the ongoing $129 million construction project awarded to Webber, LLC. The project is anticipated for overall completion in spring 2026, weather permitting.
