Hwy 80 EB will be single lane overnight - update

Weather permitting, eastbound US 80 will be narrowed to one lane between Lawson Road and FM 460/Clements Drive from 8:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 9 to 6 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 10 as part of the ongoing US 80 improvement project.

Once completed, traffic will be shifted. Drivers will need to use caution as traffic adjusts to the new configuration.

This work is part of the ongoing $129 million construction project awarded to Webber, LLC. The project is anticipated for overall completion in spring 2026, weather permitting.
