FEDC considers Project Owl

During its regular July 08, 2021 meeting, the Forney Economic Development Corp. met to consider secret stuff with new Director Ms. Spencer.

• Financial report: Mr. Burrus said 75% thru fiscal year, already over 90% received. Expenses low due to vacancies, glad that Ms. Spencer is here, in a good position.
  
• Executive Director's report: Ms. Spencer: have had many meetings w/ realtors and land owners, working on cleaning up data on website, reengaged w/ Chamber of Commerce, SBDC, Governor's office.
      This was Ms. Spencer's first meeting to address the board as Executive Director.
